Innovative Automatic Telehealth Machine For Digital Health Transformation and Health Prevention of Stroke in Indonesia

Most of the health issues in Indonesia can actually be prevented through preventive efforts and health promotion. However, these efforts have not been optimal. Limited funding, manpower, and health facilities are the biggest constraints. People with non-communicable diseases such as hypertension and diabetes require routine health monitoring to prevent complications, especially stroke, which is the leading cause of death in Indonesia.
The innovation, named Automatic Telehealth Machine for Public Healthy (ATM Sehat, in Bahasa), is a multifunctional remote health device for early detection, monitoring, and health promotion. In current proposal, we focus to develop the application that connected to AI-powered Telehealth Assistance (TEA) App. This app will do predictive of stroke and cardiovascular disease based on data from ATM Sehat, such as bloodpressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, uric acid, hemoglobin, temperature, oxygen saturation, ideal weight and height, and nutritional status analysis.Health records will be stored in the TEA app as personal health records. These health records can be consulted with doctors. Healthcare facilities are providedwith an application for health consultations with their patients.
